The buffet is on all week. Half of it is replaced by dim-sum on Sunday, but
the other half is still what you would find on another day. I think it's
12-3, for the dim-sum. After that it reverts to normal buffet.

The dim-sum was fairly good, but I'm not an expert on that part of Chinese
food. I found a number of both hot and cold selections the day I visited.
It's very popular with Chinese clientele, so it must be fairly authentic.

Their normal buffet entries vary quite a bit, but the most popular dish in
Pittsburgh (General Tso) is always present.

They also sell the bouffet "by the pound", so you can quicky load-up on the
way home and eat it in pirate. Absolutely no waiting.

As buffet food goes, this is the same quality cooking, as if you ordered from
the menu, which by the way is still available.

Value is good, if you eat a lot. Ordering from the menu allows me to take some
home. I also find buying it by the pound a good value and extermely
 convenient.

 Regards,

 Rich

It's Cathay Gourmet if it's across the street form North Hills Village.
there is a Mandarin Empire or something like that up further on the left.
