The selection is fantastic. The sign that boasts a hundred dishes is no
exaggeration. The quality is pretty good. They have a lunch and a higher
priced dinner menu. The dinner is much heavier on seafood selections,
 especially shrimp dishes.

I recommend trying them,,, I've been there twice and plan on going back.
But I've never been to evergreen, so I can't compare.

I have to recommend Super Oriental Buffet on McKnight Rd next to Best Buy.
It is incredible. All types of dishes(Asian and American), a hibachi table
where you choose your ingredients and the chef prepares it for you while you
wait. Sushi, desserts and a great Koi pond!
 I love it.

Boy, I have to agree! Super Oriental Buffet is probably the best buffet I
 ever ate at.
