Chico's no more

We went down to Oakland today for lunch at Chico's, but they were closed
with a Real Estate sign on the building. Such subtle hints as these lead
me to believe that they are no more.

Well, I ate lunch there yesterday. The real estate sign has been
on the building for a couple of weeks, at least. I wonder about them,
though. Monday I tried to go there for lunch and they were closed at noon,
or very shortly after. Went to India Garden instead. But yesterday they
were open at the same time. Seems that maybe they're having trouble
 getting their act together.
