What used to be Sip Cafe in Shadyside is now the mediocre and snooty Cafe Zinho. The service is slow, crappy, and comes with more attitude than I would have believed. In ten minutes they earned my undying ire. It's conceivable that they're not astoundingly stupid--they might just be racist or classist. Much easier to understand if that's the case.
