I checked it out with three other friend the other day. The food was
pretty good. Portions were good. We shares some finger food and a
sandwich each. The bill came to short of $40 (with a few beers.) The menu
is a little bit thin, but in total, it was a pleasant experience.

hi -went to Cafe Mimi on Bradock Ave. for the first time last night. It
used to be highly reccommended - but was practically empty. does anyone
know what is going on?? Our dinners were so-so - good steak, good eggpalnt
but burned ribs, half-baked potatoes, boring rolls with garlic bread stuck
in the basket (not sure if the bread was a special order) and limp lettuce
salad with one slice of cuke and one pale grape tomato and lots of onions.
We mentioned the poor food quality and the waitress said she would tell the
chef. No extra napkins came with the ribs and no offer of second cups of
coffee was made until we asked. The waitress said the owners were the same.
We certainly will not be returning. Lois

Have you been disappointed with the Steelhead Grill, or Pittsburgh Fish
Market, or Sunnyledge, or Cafe Allegro, or even Tessaro's? I'll put Tram's
and Road To Karrakesh and Davio on the list too. There are still a few
places to eat that are consistently great, some of which are new.
