Best soft shell crab?

Does anyone have suggestions for restaurants that have great soft shell crab dishes. My favorite is Lemon Grass, Thai restaurant on 37th (?) and Powelton (West Philly) which does a delicious crab in rasberry sauce.

      I'm not sure who sautees a better soft shell crab -
      the Palm or Jack's Firehouse.  But I'm also not sure
      anyone fries a better one than either of these two
      restaurants.
