People Magazine reviewed them as the best Chinese restaurant in America. It has a very different atmosphere from the normal Chinese restaurants you'll find in a Chinatown -- it's on the classier side. Susanna Foo actually learned French cooking some years ago and introduced some of the French cooking style into her Chinese dishes -- very different and very good. It's on Walnut Street in center city. I don't remember the address, but I believe it's somewhere around 17th street. Enjoy! Jennifer
