 > What sorts of bad experiences?

First they are owned by the same people, (Strike one)

I belong to a computer user group; we called ahead on like days ahead
for a Tuesday night, reservation for 10. They said no problem, we all
arrived at our scheduled time, 7:30pm and waited like almost 45 min.'s
for a table - so far no problem! This is normal most places.

We all ordered dinners, like burgers and salads; we had just got our
dinners when they brought the check. We made it clear that we where
there for dinner and a brief meeting when we called ahead.

As soon as the last person finished they asked if we could leave?
I have never been asked to leave immediately after the bus boy took my
plate, - have been there on other occasions and found the service to be
rude and rushed - the food "MIGHT" be good, but the atmosphere sucks -
 (Strike 2)

I have been to City Grill at least 20 times have been there on business
and pleasure, and the wait staff was very slow, and very un-concerned
about us - you know the people who are supposed to tip, even for piss
 poor service.

I love their Blue Cheese burger, when you go to a restaurant and there
are like 10 people in the whole place, and you ask for a quick burger
because you are going to a hockey game, and 45 mins later you have to
ask for the check because you need to leave and still don't have your
 food - something is wrong!

 (Strike 3 - you're out!)

So because there are many other places, that take cash and credit cards
for good food & good service, I choose not to go back to Tessaro's or
 City Grill!

 Sincerely,

 Mike
