I am always pleased with Vang's Garden on the East side of 11th St. near Cherry. The people are friendly, and the food is always fresh. I particularly like the appetizer combo plates, which include spring roll, wonton, shrimp, etc. Sometimes I order the plate for 4 and eat all myself!
