I live in Portland and have several great places to eat. The Tabor Hill Cafe on SE Hawthorne at 38th is wonderful for all three meals, note they are closed Wednesdays. Al-Amir on SW 3rd and about Stark is a great Lebanese dinner spot. The best pizza can be found on SE Hawthorne at 21st at Rip City Pizza they have a small local delivery area. Zell's restaurant is a tasty spot for great German pancakes and interesting lunches, it's located on SE Morrison at about 13th. Esparza's Tex Mex on SE 28th one block south of Burnside is the best Mexican food in town for lunch or dinner; it's popular, so be perpared for a wait during peak hours,but they make a good marguerita while you wait.
