However, last fall a small group of bicyclists happened onto a restaurant in Albany, Oregon called Novak's Hungarian Paprika's. Being a non-connoisseur of food, my judgment is only personal. But this place was the culinary high spot of my entire year. Wonderful entrees, side dishes, and desserts. Too rich for regular eating, but wow! I liked it so much that I prevailed on my wife to detour back to Albany on the way home for a second chance. I've been wanting to post this since last September, now I can rest in peace!
