Columbus is a large city with many great restaurants. It would be helpful if you would share what part of town you will be staying in. If it is the north side, you are in luck with your need for variety. My favorite Italian is Bravo! at I-270 and Rt23 N. (Drive north of I270 on Rt 23 to Crosswoods, go rt to Vantage Drive) There are many fine restaurants and numerous motels on Vantage. I would recommend all of them actually. I would recommend this area to stay in if you don't have set lodging yet.
