One good prime rib restaurant is The Derby and Flask, on Mayfield Road just east of the Mayfield-S.Belvior intersection.

Go on nights when Dermot Sommerville, an Irish Folksinger and songwriter performs, and have a pint of Draft Harp to go with it.

The rest of the menu is also quite good. And the manager, Jim is a great bartender/pubkeeper.

We have very much enjoyed eating prime rib at the Derby and Flask in Mayfield Heights/South Euclid. The atmosphere is wonder (excuse me) wonderful but can be a little smoky. The menu is traditional pub fare with an excellent beer selection. To be honest, writing this memo makes me want to go back there soon- I think I'll call for reservations (space is small, so I suggest you do too!) Happy hunting.
