We tried it last night, and it was pretty ok. I wouldn't say it's "the best" nor would I say it's cheaper. It's about the same, price-wise as Neo-China. $7.50 for General Tso's chicken, $6.50 for Chicken Lo-Mein. And, I'd say the food is all right.
