What replaced New Orleans Cookery?

: Does anyone have the definitive spelling of the place that now occupies : the New Orleans Cookery location in Chapel Hill?

First of all, you must realize that NOC moved 2 blocks away to the
little house on the corner of Rosemary and Church St. (formerly Cracovia) and it is better than ever. The new place on Franklin actually opened in October, and it is great. It is called "Cafe Trilussa" (trih LOOS uh). They are a French and Southern Italian restaurant, but are far different than 411 and Aurora. I had the Mountain Paella and it was outstanding as was my friend's Steak au Poivre.
Salads are good, too. My only complaint is that it is $1 to
$2 too expensive. A friend of mine got a shrimp pasta dish and didn't get much meat at all. Other than that, I've only had positive experiences.
If you'd like to see their WELL DONE menu on the Web, they are at the
Chapel Hill Nightlights Hompage @ http://www.nightlights.com/

The "Nightlights" page seems to me to be a good example of how
*not* to do a Web page. The home page is all images, no text, no concession to people who just want to see the menus and don't want to wait to download all the unnecessary pictures.

To see the Trilussa menu itself, you have to go through two or three levels containing the equivalent of TV-news "teaser" ads ("Cafe Trilussa presents....", etc.), with no useful information, all in time-wasting image format (no text), of course.

And there's no address to send comments to; if there had been, I'd have done the polite thing and addressed this to the developers in private e-mail, but since there wasn't, I'm posting it here in public in hopes that they'll see it. (The lack of a response address seems puzzling, also, in that other restaurants -- potential customers of Nightlights, which I take to be an advertising service -- don't know how to contact them either.)
