Dear Heidi and whoever else likes to eat,
I am sorry to hear that your Pizza experiences in the triangle have not been the best. If you want to eat amazing pizza go to Pepper's Pizza on Franklin Street. To start off the salads are all fresh. They are made upon ordering them. All of the salad dressings are homemade(except the Ranch, it is too good to be outdone). The Dijon is maded with Grey Poupon so it has a little bit of a kick to it. The poppyseed is a little bit on the sweet side. Most customers get both the dijon and poppyseed mixed together, properly called dijoppy. The italian dressing is between a creamy and oil and vinegar base.
The pizza is and has all fresh toppings. They are made to order. The dough that is used is hand rolled each day (usually three or four batches a day). The cheese is all freshly grated . There is prep work that goes into each and every topping. You can order just a slice of pizza, a whole pie, or the stromboli (sauce on the inside) and calzones (sauce on the side ). Any of the 26 toppings can be put on or in anything (including salads). They make to please and if there is a problem with your food everything that they can do, will be done to fix it and make sure that you leave happy.
About the baby friendly aspect, there are families who come in all the time. There are high chairs, booster seats, crayons and papper, and places to put strollers, etc. Upon request, the kitchen will do a "kid cut" on a slice of pizza to make it easier for them to eat.
Yes, as you have probably figured out I do work there. As an employee of three years I still crave the pizza and eat it almost everytime that I go into work. It is the only pizza that I have not gotten tired of eating. When you come in just ask for Beth and I will do everything I can to make sure that your views of pizza are changed forever.
					Your happy waitress and host,
						Beth
