I strongly recommend The Silver Cricket on South Blvd. This is a charming little "New Orleans French" restaurant. The owners are almost always on site and pay great attention to detail. It's also quite cozy. Entrees range from about $15-25. Enjoy! Leonard R. wrote: > > My wife and I will be in Charlotte, NC for a week beginning July > 1st. We'll be staying downtown at the Hilton. Charlotte, NC
Need Charlotte Recommendations
I haven't been there since I moved away about 5 years ago, but I'll second Silver Cricket as one of Charlotte's best at that time. LaVecchia's Seafood Grille. Yes, I'm related, but the food is excellent! One of Charlotte's newer restaurants. It's located in a new building downtown near 'Have a Nice Day Cafe' & 'Bar'. Really cool 'singing' panels on the side of the building. They also have a restaurant in Columbia, SC, same name.
