For Japanese I go to Kashin. It's located in Crossroads shopping center in Cary, next to the bookstar. Food is excellent, Sushi is fresh and the service has never beed less than warm and friendly.

Kuki is located on Falls of Neuse Road in Falls Villiage Shopping Center. Its sushi items range from $2.99 up through about $6.00. There is a luncheon menu that offeres about the same fare as the dinner menu, but the price is considerably less. The best "deal" on the luncheon menu, IMHO is the "combination" at $8. It includes a green salad, miso and a choice ot two items from a list of about 10. The items can include tonkatsu, sushi sampler, sashimi, tempura, etc. Another "almost too good to believe" item is their CURRY! Its only available at noon, but is one of my wife's favorites. At $5, it simply cannot be topped.
