I think it's OK, not awful, but not the greatest. Haven't been back there in a long time. You might want to try the Dim Sum at China One on NC 55 just off I-40 near RTP. It's as good as anything I've had at Hong Kong Restaurant and has been *consistently* good. When we had Dim Sum there last week, we picked some sweet buns from the cart. The waitress said something like "Oh, these are cold. Let me get you some fresh ones from the kitchen". This is in contrast to the last time I went to HKR (a long time ago) where nearly everything I ordered was barely warm. Paula> 5 years ago). I'm so glad to see the other possibilities for Paula> dim sum opening up in this area. By the way, what does "dim Paula> sum" mean? "a little bit of heart". Nice and pleasant as long as you haven't seen some Chinese period martial arts films (especially one that featured a place called the Dragon Inn or something like that). You don't want to know :-).
