Bens is good, but i think JJ is better..
The Dim Sum place is on Chapel Hill Blvd, across from SSQuare...next to a mattress store and some sort of tire place...they serve weekends, circa 11-3 and about 70 percent of the clientele appears to be chinese.  we do dim sum about every 2-3 weeks and this one is right up there with dim sum i have had in Hong Kong, where it all began.
