Hey! It's been about 10 years since I've been to Ithaca; is the Chariot still around (I believe it was on Eddy St. in Collegetown)? I loved their pizza because of their slightly sweet crust. Are there any culinary treats that you anticipate missing now that you've moved back to New England? I'm thinking of visiting Ithaca again soon and would love to know what restaurants to visit.

The things I'll miss about Ithaca are few (waterfalls, friends we made there, two incredible nursery schools: White Pine School and Pine Tree Nursery School, housing prices{!!!}) but, gee, food from Ithaca just doesn't seem to be on the list! The Chariot is still there.. I never tried it, tho. Coyote Loco is ok Mexican (ok, NOT great). But the atmosphere is fun. Mostly we ate at Collegetown Bagels. I mean, we Really ate there!!! I think we must have lunched there about 100 times a year. David even had his graduation luncheon there! The bagels are good (NOT NYC standard) the staff is incredibly upbeat and friendly, and they carry Cel-Ray. They have a nice outdoor patio now. (They took over the space that was Olivers.... Coyote Loco took over the old CTB and made it Poco Loco... they are ok too, but not quick enough for me!)
