RE: Santa Fe Restaurants Some of our favorite New Mexican one's are Tomasita's (great red chile), Guadalupe Cafe for ecclectic style, Maria's for classic stuff. One of the more interesting new restaurants is Cafe Escalera - everything understated, organically fresh and intriguing food. Anyone else have some favorites??
