I'm looking for recommendations re: your favorite Albuquerque Asian restaurant.  My favorite for lunch is the May Cafe which is Vietnamese. I really enjoy all their different noodle soups.  The menu is extensive and everything is fresh and not too heavy.  Does anyone else have recommendations?

We, this being John and I, are really fond of Ko Palace on Menaul, especially at lunch.  Large portions, good service, and reasonable prices.  Also India Kitchen is really good, although it has been over a year since we last ate there.
