They have a vast selection of veggie entrees - my favorite being Santa Fe Lasagna. Most entrees come with either soup or salad and a wonderful loaf of whole grain bread. You also get either rice with wheat berries or whole wheat pasta accompanying most meals. Food is excellent, portions are huge. Ambience is loud - dining room is cavernous with a very active bar. They don't take reservations, so weekend waits can be up to two hours. We usually stick it out...it's worth it. It's in E. Rutherford, right off the Union Ave exit from Route 17.
