Slightly off I-287 is New Brunswick which has some very good restraunts. La Fontana - Very expensive but rated as one of the best restraunts in NJ. Panico's - Expensive but good value. Raritan River Club - My favorite, an eclectic American cuisine, good service, dinner for two will probably go $60+:decode including dessert and a glass of wine. Old Bay - New Orleans style and not bad. Price probably comparable with Raritan River Club. Teresa's - Italian, not too expensive, and very good (hearsay).
