I'm new to this group, so please bear with me:) I can't believe I found this great new place in a small town in NJ. It's called 75 South in Freehold,NJ.The address is it's name. The food is incredible. I asked my waiter if I could speak to the chef after our dinner was over and he took us back to the kitchen and introduced us. The chef is a nice young man who worked under Wolfgang Puck and in the Virgin Islands and brings an eclectic approach to the menu. The resteraunt decor is very different as it is in a Victorian home with fireplaces in every room, but modern art and decor. They had Enya and Seal playing in the background which I liked. The food was wonderful, and the presentation was exqusite. Service was wonderful. Earl, our waiter, was warm, knowledgable and had a great sense of humor but also knew when to leave you alone. He recieved a big tip from us!:) He also showed us around the place , told us it was haunted and gave us a few stories:) All in all, it was the best dinner out I have had in years. I recommend the place highly and anyone who has gone tells me it was wonderful. They have no liquor licence, it's bring your own. Cap'n Buckwheat
