Exotic and intresting restaurants info needed (OH,PA,WV,NJ,NY)

If you find yourself in New Jersey, I strongly urge you to try a quaint little restaurant in Maplewood called Terra Cotta. It's a tiny place, (only about 10 tables) but it's been favorably reviewed by the NY Times and it offers a wonderful menu of creative American fare with surprising global accents.

PS. make a reservation, it fills up fast.
