Roger - Try the Red Hill Inn in Center Harbor. You should book a table in advance. I haven't been there in two years, so I can't recommend any specific menu items. I have been there five or six times in my life and have never been disappointed.

I would suggest telephoning them (Area Code is 603) and seeing if they will fax or mail you a menu. I am on one of their mailing lists, so I know they have the savvy to support these kinds of requests.

The Inn is on the side of Red Hill and the views and sunsets are exquisite. The service is very good for New Hampshire and the food is very good for most anyplace. Creative without being cute, beautifully prepared.

Good luck!
