Best dessert I've had in vegas is at the Millenium cafe on the entertainment level of the Luxor, called "Treasure of Luxor". It's a 3" high hollow dark chocolate pyramid. Inside of this is uh.. strawberry mousse I think. Inside of that is a 1" high white chocolate pyramid. The whole thing is surrounded by a swirled sauce with sliced kiki fruit.
