Fiore in the Rio Suites Hotel. No body seems to know about this place. Attentive service, quiet, dimmed lighting, big comfy chairs. Excellent, continental style food, from a lovely bread basket, to Caesar Salad tableside, to Crepes Suzette, with a charming intermezzo of champagne sorbet. You won't believe you're in Vegas.

I would second that recommendation, and also suggest that you check out Spago in Caesar's. They are different in atmosphere and food with Fiore being more romantic and quiet with a more Pan-European menu and Spago being more upbeat and bustling with an Italian menu. You can't do much better in Vegas than these two places. Enjoy! Jay
