Paris is a must at least once...my overall favorite buffet in LV.

I happened to stop by the Orleans last time through and enjoyed their buffet very much.

Vivian

The best buffet in Vegas for years is the International and Seafood buffet in the Rio hotel.

International buffet - cost $10-15 depending on what time you go Seafood buffet - cost $35-40 but worth it. Alll you can eat lobster, crab, oysters and any seafood you could think of. Plus, it has other cuisines as well.

Don't miss this! You will have a blast. Even the locals go there.

Good luck,
yourfilipina

The E-vegas site (http://www.e-vegas.net) has comprehensive reviews of Las Vegas restaurants and buffets. Select Patti Shock from the "Author" menu and scan for buffet reviews. Given your criteria, it sounds like The Resort at Summerlin or Bellagio would be good fits:

Hi Stan,

Rio, Paris, Mirage, are all solid. Downtown the Golden Nugget has the best. Also, many of the hotels have seafood fridays and sunday brunch buffets, so you want to check these out if you're around.

best,

rono

I tried the buffet in Bellagio, they have king size crab, eel, lamb, obyster, salmon, it's the best in the area.
