It is related to the restaurant in Chicago, but has its own chef who studied with Charlie Trotter for a number of years. They offer two different prix fixe menus each night - a "Grand Degustation" at $85 and a "Vegetable Degustation" at $65. Both are full 7 course meals. They have a great wine list, and also serve selected wines by the glass, or they will choose a complementary wine for each course, if you like. The service was superb. Enjoy your experience there! We sure enjoyed ours. Les

Charlie Trotter's in Vegas
we ate at Trotters Vegas in April. Very similar to Chicago except prix fixe is all that there is. It ran about $85 and there were two dinners to choose from one being veggie. I agree it is not easy to find but well worth it. Excellent wines by the glass as well Save some $s for the table...good luck
