Well, ma'am...Nebraska's not too shabby. Howsumever, I recall a little dining club in downtown (all 2 blocks) of Havre, Montana that had the finest prime rib I have ever had the good fortune to lay into. A hefty 32 ounces of prime rib for next to nothin'! If ya ate the first one, they served ya a second one for free (yup...I got 'em both). Havre is the heart of Montana beef country. Don't forget Towner, North Dakota too, where beef is so plentiful, little urchins strap a couple sides o' longhorn on their feet for snowshoes as they walk to school in the winter. Kinda brings a tear to your eye, don't it?

May the forcemeat be with you,
