Manchester & 141. Same theme as Robata's or Kobe, but a couple notches down the grunge scale. Prices are actually a bit higher than Kobe, but the portion size is larger. On balance I think I prefer Kobe (Olive Blvd) of the three. But if you want to actually eat like Nihon-jin, go to Tachibana.
