That would be Wei Hong. Good Chinese, limited dim sum on weekends, but not Vietnamese or Thai as first requested.

Another choice on South Grand is Da Nang. Of all the ones listed in prior posts, Mekong has the nicest atmosphere IMHO.

If you're in South or Southwest St. Louis County, there's a new place called Kikko Teriyaki (Gravois near Tesson Ferry) that has the odd combination of Japanese and Vietnamese dishes -- simple decor, one step above a fried-rice fast food place. Also down that way is Mai's Garden (Watson Road by the Kenrick Cinemas).

For Thai, in addition to South Grand, there are three very good Thai places within two blocks of each other at the eastern edge of the U. City Loop on Delmar -- Thai Cafe, Thai Country Cafe and Thai Gai Yang. (There's also Thai French Cafe, but it isn't Thai.) Thai Country Cafe has a style of cooking that's more rural Thai and somewhat out of the ordinary.
