There is a KC Masterpiece Resturant there also. Go to the "Hill" for Italian. Frank
I was at a place last weekend called Penney's they're at 1017 Lemay Ferry Rd. 214-544-1661. I'd never been there before, I thought it was good. Huge portions and good prices. It's a "hole in the wall" place but very good. On Thu, 19 Feb 1998 18:13:32 -0800, "Peter H.D. McKee" Someone wrote: >I will be heading to St. Louis at the end of April. And if you happen to go to the hill ... hit Cunnetto's House of Pasta. Opens at 5:00 -- but if you're not there early, you may be waiting for more than 2 hours. It's good stuff. Try the cannelloni con salsa. Peppers is fatastic. (my folks live less than a couple of miles from there). If you get anything ... try their brisket sandwiches. Out of this world. Also, around the corner from them (1/4 mile down Manchester Rd. -- right from Peppers onto Machester) is a rib place that is pretty good (but not excellent. Cannot remember the name off the top of my head. But I digress. Get Peppers -- I ask for it each time I go back...
