Speaking of Louis (assuming that's plural), there was a little, undistinguished place on Rt 20 in Westboro, near 495, called Louie's which made an incredible lobster bisque. We had a theory that the guy was importing all the lobster shells and errata from Boston and cooking it all down in huge vats in the back (I swear this little dive was using decent cognac in that bisque.) Are they still there? Do they still have that bisque? They used to sell it in quart containers to go (as well as individual portions.)
