The name of the place is "Suishaya", not Shisaya. Don't know whether
the error in the name came from the listing or the translation.

I have. The "buffet" is misnamed: the sushi is made fresh to order.
You fill out a form indicating how many of what items you'd like to
have, and it's brought to your table. Some items are not available, I
was told due to the season. You can order as many rounds as you like.

The fish quality is basically good; not as great as Ginza, but you can
certainly get your money's worth. The $25.00 AYCE deal includes a
good variety of nigiri sushi and maki. They do indicate no sharing
and no leftovers, or "you'll be charged."

For my taste, I'd go here if I'm in the mood for a large quantity of
decent-quality sushi (I can reach $25.00 at a regular sushi bar in no
time), and I'd go to Ginza for smaller quantities but higher quality
 (and price).

If you do go, I suggest ordering in several, smaller rounds, as large
orders are more prone to confusion and mistakes. The AYCE deal
includes tea and water. They have beers available, and I'm told the
 Korean food is good too.

[Not actually posted by T.B., because she's relatively spam-free and
would like to stay that way. If you want to drop her a note, though,
the address should be pretty easy to figure out given that her last name
is "Berger" and we read mail on the same machine. BTW, I concur about
the fish there; good stuff. The name probably is "Suishaya", as "suisha"
is Japanese for "water wheel", and "ya" is roughly "shop, and they do
after all have a water wheel motif... --amb]
