I work in Waltham near the Belmont line. The Star Market in Belmont has
a sushi section that is not bad at all for the money and / or a quick
fix. I have been there three or four times and have not had anything
bad. They are not full service, just the basics, rolls, tuna, salmon and
 some veggie rolls.

The best super market sushi I've had is in Bedford at the Natures
Hartland. They seem to have most things. I have not seen uni, but saba
is on the menu as well as ikura. A complete lunch at N.H. is 10.95 while
at Star I spend about 14.00. The basic sushi is 7.95 and I get two
different types of rolls (tekka and spicy tuna) at 3.50 each.

I was in the Medford Wild Harvest yesterday around lunchtime and there
was someone making all the sushi fresh, right behind the counter. I am
not a big fan of sushi but this might be a place to try if you're
 looking for the supermarket stuff.

Wild Harvest also has an all-you-can-eat Sunday am brunch that sounded
 interesting.

I love the idea of Wild Harvest - getting health food and junk food in the
same store - but it's too expensive for us to go there regularly. It's a
nice place to pick up a boxed sandwich, though.
