They will. However, if the restaurant is busy, one of the tables with
a grill may not be open, or be set aside for larger groups (I have been
there when most tables were filled, but I haven't ever been denied one
 of those tables).

I also agree that the bulgogi is good, and it is served with lettuce
leaves, which is how bulgogi was always served to me in Seoul. Most
restaurants in the area don't serve it with lettuce leaves (one wraps
small bits of bulgogi and all those small side dishes in the lettuce
and eats a "mini-burrito") however, I've just received new information
(:-) that if one asks, one may be able to get lettuce leaves served to
them in those other restaurants too.

Along with the bulgogi, they also have a really interesting spicy-pork
and vegetable dish also done on the grill. I forget the name, but I think
it is fantastic. The bibim bap is good too.

All in all, it is my favorite Korean restaurant in the area, although
I haven't tried the supposedly good one out in Maynard. The one in
Union Square seemed very authentic (minus the lettuce leaves). Koreana
is good too. I used to live near Chieko (just off the Powderhouse rotary
in Somerville, nr Tufts) and I always liked it. No grills though.

I used to go to the Shilla, years ago, but I'd rate all of these much
 better places.

Since this is a rather late addition to this thread, I should probably
say that the restaurant being talked about is NOT Shilla, but the Korean
BBQ Restaurant in Burlington. AFAIK Shilla does not have table grills.
