restaurant recommendations for Cambridge

There aren't that many really good Italian places in Cambridge. The
first one that comes to mind is Marino's on Mass. Ave., a little pricey,
but delicious. Their attention to detail and freshness (Lookout Farm is
owned by them and supplies the restaurant with produce) distinguishes
it. On Huron Ave., Pulcinella's has received good reviews, but they
don't take credit cards. Groceria in Central Square is, in my opinion,
pricey and overrated. For great food and a relaxed cafe atmosphere for
your family get together, you can't go wrong with Daddy'Os Bohemian Cafe
 on Hampshire St.

 Brian,

A few places that are cheap and big hit:

1 Dali's (on 415 Washington at Beacon in Cambridge) - Spanish Tapas
-- admittedly not Italian, but very fun and festive

 2. Casa Portugal - 1200 Cambridge St. in East Cambridge - Port. food

Don't know any Italian that are great in the area -- but I just moved
from the North End, where I would go to either Lo Conte's or L'Osteria

 Good luck!
