I just haven't done any time in Memphis etc. Well, I did 5 years in Memphis, a few in North Carolina and seven in Knoxville. Compared to that, Redbones aint' nuthin. It's not consistent, it's dry and in addition to pork, they actually offer--(shudder)--beef. But compared to the "barbecue" you usually get up here in Yankee-land, it ain't half bad. Plus, it's right around the corner. Hard to beat.
