Definitely go to the Red Cat. I think it is the best restaurant on the island.

Prices are medium expensive -- figure $30 per person for a really good time. That, of course, does not include alcoholic beverages because W. Tisbury is a dry town (so be sure to bring your own).

Reservations are essential.

Atmosphere is nice/casual. It's o.k. to wear jeans/chinos, etc. Sort of like Homeport.

The food is sort of California Cuisine (fruit sauces, etc.) -- scallops with port wine sauce, grilled mahi-mahi with raspberry vinegrette sorts of things. The menu has meat, seafood and pasta. Everything I've had there has been *amazing*. The waitstaff is great too.

It is definitely good cuisine value for the money.

Enjoy! Better yet, take me with you! :)
