My favorite is On The Border Cafe (http://www.onthebordercafe.com) in
Woburn, followed closely by the Border Grill in Saugus.

Taqueria Mexico, Union Sq Somerville. A hole-in-the wall place but the
food is great. I like Ole, also, and the Taqueria Mexicana in Waltham.

Casa Mexico in Harvard Sq is good, and a notch fancier, but the food
 is very VERY heavy.

Taqueria Mexico, actually. One of my favorites.

24 Charles Street, a block south of Main and a couple blocks west
of Moody. Charles is one-way heading east, though, so getting there
from Moody is non-trivial - it's best to park downtown and walk.
