Hamersley's Bistro

My husband and I ate at Hamersley's Bistro in the South End
last night. We hadn't eaten there before, and the food was
awesome! The service was good (not exceptional), noise
level was fine, ambiance all right.
My only complaint is a lot of lint on the inside and outside
of the wine glass which I noticed *before* the wine was poured,
thankfully. It was replaced quickly with another glass that still
had a little bit of lint but which I didn't notice until after the
wine was poured. I don't normally look at the wine glass but
this had SO much that it was really obvious and not easily
 overlooked.
We'd go again to eat there because the food was just
 so very good.

P.S. I thought of another restaurant for my list of favorites:
Helmund in Cambridge near the Galleria. Great
ambiance, wonderful bread, interesting and delicious
food, and, being Afghani, a bit exotic, too. A great
         place to take out-of-town guests.
