The Ming Garden on Rt 9 West has a pretty good Chinese buffet, IMO.
Good for an AYCE Chinese buffet.

915 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760

The Indian Restaurant on Rt 9 around the corner from Carvel on
Rt 9 west just before Edgell Rd. was pretty good for AYCE at lunch.
I can't recall the name, and it's been some time since I was there.

The Tokyo on Fresh Pond has a good AYCE Japanese Brunch on
weekends. This was very good, but it can get crowded, so get there
 early.

307 Fresh Pond Pkwy, Cambridge, MA 02138

There is also the Chocolate Brunch in Boston (AYCE) on weekends(?).
I've never gone, I like chocolate too much, and I know it would
not be a good thing for me. I think it may be at the
Lafayette Hotel, but call and check. I try not to think about
this too much. It is supposed to be fantastic!!!

Watertown Mall is on Arsenal Street - amd the last time I went to the
buffet, the dinner price was $8.29. It's sort of "lowest common
denominator" food, but not all that bad.

Blue Room (1 Kendall Sq., Cambridge) used to have a great weekend brunch
for about $20. Absolutely terrific food and AYCE.

Kashmir. An Indian restaurant around the 300 block of Newbury Street in
Boston. Usually an excellent selection for the lunch buffet. I think it's
around $7.50 or $8.00 including naan.

I used to trudge 8 blocks through the snow and wind to go there as often
 as possible :)

For my money, the best Indian AYCE is Bawarchi in Kenmore Square.
Unlike most Indian AYCEs, their selection of dishes does change
rather noticeably from day to day, and it's always pretty darn
tasty. If you like Indian AYCE, but are sick of the pakoras/
 samosas/nan/basmati rice/tandoori chicken/matter paneer/chicken
tikka masala/kheer/salad routine, try this place!

Oh, youbetcha. Try the Midwest Grill in Inman Square. MOST
delicious and tasty. Known, among my dinner companions, as
 Meat Coma.

Allow me to second that one. I was helping a friend move into his
dorm at Emerson last fall, and I had an hour to kill while he did some
 student-type stuff.

As for good AYCE joints, are there any Brazilian BBQ joints around
here? I've been to the Malibu Grille in DC, and am hoping to find
 something similar around here.
