G-E-N-U-I-N-E Indonesian ???????

How about Andover, Massachusetts?  (Only slightly past the Big Dipper.)  The Andover Inn, a hotel and restaurant on the campus of Phillips Andover Academy.  Sunday afternoon/evening dinner only, coat and tie, by reservation only, real Dutch/Indonesian Reistafel (sp?), twenty-something dishes and condiments.  (Haven't personally been there in a couple years, wallet and arteries can't take it, but used to be wonderful.)
