A baby-friendly [*] restaurant in an industrial park [+] less than
a mile from my house that has an all-you-can-eat Dim Sum (buffet
 + carts [x]) from 11:30am to 3:30pm for $8.95, what more could I
 ask for?

I highly recommend the new Far East Cafe at 40 Cummings Park
(just east of Washington Street, south of 128, former site of
La Mia Cucina) in Woburn. (617) 935-7663.

[*] No place is baby-friendly, unless they send a baby-sitter to
your house while you go out and eat. But they're very baby-tolerant.
The hostess has a two-month-old herself, and came over and played
with our daughter. We used the same high chair as the party that
had just vacated our table. And there was jello on the buffet for
her to play with. (Since it's all-you-can-eat, they probably don't
mind that the baby means I can only eat with one hand, and we can't
 stay very long.)
They didn't charge for the jello (or the mess, or the two
extra pair of chopsticks); we left a big tip.

[+] I like pickup trucks and tugboats, too.

[x] They had both tripe and chicken feet. Try getting that in Lexington!
The buffet table held food that worked well enough on a buffet; the carts
had the usual steamed buns, balls, and noodles.

Besides the weekend Dim Sum, they have a lunch buffet (11:30 - 2, Monday
thru Saturday, $6.25) and a dinner buffet (6 - 8:30, Sunday thru Thursday,
$11.95 [under 10 $6.50]) which we haven't tried yet. They also have
a full menu, eat in or take out. They have a full liquor license.
