I'd recommend Chef Chang's on Beacon Street in Brookline (very nice presentation: the chef comes out and carves up the duck at tableside, generally giving nightmares to any small children at the table) and New Shanghai restaurant in Chinatown. In both cases, you have to make a request (worth the effort) to have the duck bones made into soup to eat after the duck's all done.--Rob
