The bread was very good (some long thin breadsticks, a green olive bread, a focaccia). The (garlic, IIRC) soup and dessert were also quite good. The entree I had was, well, rather confusing; fish in a minty green sauce, on top of a red salsa, with some slices of bacon perched on top of that, and then some nouveau potato chips balanced on top of that. Any of the individual ingredients were tasty, but they didn't really meld and I felt compelled to push them to opposite sides of the plate lest they battle amongst themselves. My date's entree, on the other hand ("duck, duck, goose", with sausage, duck breast, and goose liver) worked pretty well. My overall impression was "still getting their act together, and maybe a little overambitious, has a lot of promise." Of course, I tend to like restaurants which lists lots of strange ingredients, so I'm predisposed to think it's interesting, the same way a previous poster may have been disposed to think it was pretentious. -Laura Baldwin
